PAUL E NELSON

This in from Christine LeClerc about an amazing piece of resistance to the tar-sands pipeline in poetry form. The poem is a great deal longer than the proposed pipeline and the pdf worth downloading:

Dear Enpipeliners,

It’s official, The Enpipe Line is ready to launch. Please download your copy at https://enpipeline.org/theenpipeline.pdf. The PDF is available for download at https://enpipeline.org/ until March 22, so please share it with friends and family.

The @enpipeline twitter feed will be discontinued, mostly because those of us on twitter are pretty good at sharing content through our own accounts. We encourage you to tweet: I have a poem in The Enpipe Line https://enpipeline.org/theenpipeline.pdf  and stand with close to 100 other poets against the #tarsands

When you present The Enpipe Line please post events to the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Enpipe-Line-70000-kilometers-of-collaborative-resistance-poetry/107609049310002. And If you haven “liked” the Facebook page yet, what are you waiting for?

If you organize a public event and need info for a press release, the new project home page supplies just that: https://enpipeline.org. But don’t feel like a huge event is the only way to share The Enpipe Line in your community. The intimate setting a poetry salon is also pretty special.

Your hard copy (if requested) will be sent after the Vancouver launch. And Vancouver Enpipeliners, hard copies will be available for pickup at the launch. Contributor copies can be purchased through our publisher, Creekstone Press, for $10.80 per copy (40 per cent off cover price). Creekstone Press can be contacted at speters@creekstonepress.com. Please order bookstore and class copies through Nancy Wise at Sandhill Book Marketing info@sandhillbooks.com.

If you’d like to organize an event, but aren’t sure where to start, feel free to start with a call to me at (778) 987-3957. You can also blog about or send the book to your local papers or journals for review. Cover image attached.

Working with y’all has been great!

All my best,
Christine
