This is a resource page for my daysong practice. This one day writing ritual was designed for workshop participants in the ongoing Life as Rehearsal for the Poem and Poetics as Cosmology workshops. After a summer of writing poetry postcards and the spatial restriction of that practice, I encouraged workshop participants to write with a temporal restriction (24 hours) as employed by Bernadette Mayer in Midwinter Day and Pierre Joris in Canto Diurno,
