Dates so far:
Friday, July 8, 2022 – 6pm with the Jim O’Halloran Trio at Kezira Eritrean/Ethiopian Restaurant, 5100 Rainier Av S, Seattle, WA
The trio creates remarkable music of a post-fusion/world music-leaning repertoire. I highly recommend them and the food at Kezira is scrumptious. Please come out, buy a book, say hello, try the Shiro Wat and experience these poems set to music by a trio that listens well and deepens the experience tremendously.

Glad to hear you are pairing these music. As I read them I kept thinking there should be music behind them, as they seem to spring from a musical place. Hope to make it.
Awesome news Paul -for poetry and haiku lovers! Hope to get in for one of these!
Good luck with marketing your efforts. May all events be well attended and received.
Happy to host you in the great Midwaste if you find your way to St. Louis: we will find food drink and lodging for you if you can find a supporter for travel. I might even throw a couple of Southwest Miles your way (better yet, let’s get SW to promote you and the book. Why not?)
